Your ticket system doesn’t show my private tickets in my account, only my public tickets, so I can’t even try and reply to those tickets anymore since I don’t have the links.
Was it to Canada? If so then you need to know that our Canada freight shipment was returned to our fulfillment center in Dallas sometime at the end of July, beginning of August with an extra bill for the return freight. We apologize for our inability to re-process a shipment to Canada, or refund orders. We will prioritize your refund if extra funds come in.
Yes, it was supposed to come to Canada. If there really is no option for me to get my order, I guess I’ll have to accept the refund instead, however I would much prefer just receiving what I ordered 🙁
