Our $900 Canadian freight shipment has shown back up in our Dallas warehouse with a $650 return freight bill. This puts us in a serious bind. There are at least 4 orders to Canada outstanding and we are unable to refund them or fulfill them at the current moment. If possible we will make this right.
I believe we may have fallen behind on support requests for incorrect shipments or damaged shipments.
